Indeed, lawyer formerly registered with the Barreau du Québec/Canada (2002 – 2018), we have established in the legal and judicial panorama of Benin a dynamic business law firm with a national, regional and international vocation.
HEC Avocats is above all a business law firm whose objective is to protect the investments of the various economic actors working both in Benin and in the West African Economic and Monetray Union (WAEMU) region.
Our mission is to be the leading business, banking and OHADA law firm, both for medium-sized, large Beninese companies and the institutions that finance them, as well as for international companies, which choose Benin and the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU) region as the springboard for their growth in Africa.
